If you received services at one of the sites served by Eastern Radiological Associates, you can be assured that a board-certified radiologist supervised and interpreted your procedure.
The results of your procedure/exam are forwarded to the physician who ordered the procedure/exam. If you have any questions, consultation with your physician will be of value and you should call your physician. Should you need further clarification, feel free to contact us.
We strive to provide the highest possible level of care in a sensitive and patient oriented environment. Eastern Radiological Associates provide consultation not just to your doctor, but to other radiologists and physicians in the region. We help educate each physician in the latest and most appropriate radiological related techniques tailored to a given diagnostic and therapeutic need. We interpret images and work with St. Vincent Healthcare, Yellowstone Vein Center, Yellowstone Imaging Center, Yellowstone Breast Center , Big Sky Diagnostic Imaging of Billings, OrthoMontana, Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center, Ashland Community Health Center, and Frontier Cancer Center.
If you require a copy of the report for your files, or a copy of the images themselves on CD, please let us know. You can make this request by calling 406-237-4300 and the radiology staff will make these arrangements for you.

About our billing
You will receive a bill from Eastern Radiological Associates for our professional services. Our fee is separate from the fees billed to you by the hospital, imaging center, or your physician.
Eastern Radiological Associates (ERA) is a professional partnership of board certified radiologists (doctors trained in medical imaging and image interpretation) who have been providing radiology professional services in this region this region for over 40 years. The radiologists of Eastern Radiological Associates (ERA) use their specialized skills to interpret images and perform procedures. When images are transmitted to ERA from various physicians, hospitals, or imaging centers, an ERA physician performs the interpretation/supervision/professional component and prepares a written interpretation (report) which is sent back to your ordering/treating physician or non-physician provider.
ERA uses a nationally recognized radiology billing service called Affiliated Professional Services (APS). APS performs the complicated processes involved in medical billing. APS is an American company that completes all work at their location in Wareham, Massachusetts, USA. No work is offshored. You will receive a bill from ERA via APS. To pay your bill or ask questions about your bill, please contact APS at 1-866-509-8452.
